JustBAC maintains strict quality control protocols to ensure product integrity. Due to the sterile, single-batch nature of our products, all sales are subject to the following policy.

Because we cannot verify storage conditions or handling after delivery, and because our products are sterile sealed units, we maintain a strict no refund and no return policy. All sales are final.

This policy ensures:

· Product integrity and chain of custody compliance

· Adherence to sterile product handling standards

· Consistent quality assurance for every customer

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

Required documentation:

· Order number

· Detailed description of the issue

· Clear photos of the issue

We do not refund or replace items that have been opened, used, or returned without prior authorization. We do not refund or replace items based on outcomes from combining our products with third-party peptides, compounds, or substances.
